I love these pictures of Autumn.

If you leave the drier door BARELY open, she will get in there and start pulling the clean laundry out onto the floor, playing with the lint, and occasionally, but very rarely, put the clothes back into the drier. :)

Autumn's First Birthday!!!

So April 18th, 2009 Autumn Jade Hervey turned ONE YEAR OLD!!
It was so much fun. We got the whole family together and my two best friends from high school came (i only got one picture of one of them though :( )

My family has a tradition that on a baby's first birthday they have to pick between a book, a dollar, and a bottle. It's kind of like fortune telling. If they pick a dollar, they will be rich. If they pick the book, they will be smart, and if they pick the bottle they will be a drunk.

Basketball

About three weeks ago the boys drove to Big 5 and bought a basketball so they could play basketball on Tina and Jim's basketball hoop that came with their new house... They have been playing basketball every weekend ever since.

I totally forgot we had this picture! Dustin stood on the bed of his truck and told me to take a picture of him and not get the truck in the picture. Then he posed and I almost fell over I was laughing so hard! This is his slam dunk photo!

Still can't find my camera usb cord so we will do this post with out pictures :). So Dustin and I have been trying to get Autumn to walk for ever. She will stand by her self, all alone in the middle of the room, and walks really good if you hold one of her hands, but she will never just walk by her self. Well the other day... I think it was Thrusday, she was standing up by me at the couch, when she turned around and walked like three feet to the coffee table!!! It was so cool! she just turned around and walked like she has been doing it her whole life! I guess she walked for Dustin yesterday too. I can't believe how fast she is growing up. She will be one in 14 days, and it seems like just yesterday she was born. I still remember every thing that happened that day like it wasn't too long ago. HOW SAD! She is growing up :(
